The Re:mind application is published by Antoine Granier, an independent developer residing in France.

Re:mind does not collect any personal data. No name, email address, phone number, or any other information about you is recorded, stored, or transmitted to third parties.

The application works exclusively locally on your device. All data (reminders, medical treatments) remain on your phone and are never transmitted to external servers.

The application also offers auto-renewable subscriptions. To manage these subscriptions, certain information may be collected, including identifiers linked to Apple App Store or Google Play platforms, without banking data being stored locally.

Subscription data is used solely for service management, billing, and fraud prevention.

You benefit from GDPR rights relating to this data, including access, rectification, and deletion via the relevant platforms.

Any change in subscription management will be subject to an update of this policy.

3. Geolocation

The only data used is background geolocation, only if you enable the toll passage detection feature.

This geolocation:

• Is used only to create toll payment reminders
• Never leaves your device
• Is not stored or shared with third parties
• Can be disabled at any time in the app or phone settings

4. Third-Party Services

No third-party services (analytics, advertising, external API, push notifications) are currently integrated into the application.

If third-party services or advertising were added in the future, this privacy policy would be updated and displayed in the application.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right of rectification
• Right of deletion
• Right of opposition
• Right to portability

However, these rights do not apply in the context of Re:mind because no personal data is collected, stored, or processed by the publisher, except for subscription management as described.

No data is retained by the publisher directly. All information created in the application (reminders, treatments) remains solely on your device until you delete it or uninstall the application.
